A TOAST FROM THE COAST Part legend, part luck, the elusive green flash is a San Diego sensation. But to us, it’s more than a burst of brilliant green light as the sun sets into the sea – it’s a magical moment that signals the end of an extraordinary day and the start of an epic night on the horizon. Our Brewmaster, Erik Jensen, and his talented brewing team have developed an award-winning assortment of specialty craft ales that are uniquely Green Flash. After releasing the game changing West Coast IPA, our beers developed a loyal following of craft beer lovers. We remain steadfast in our commitment to a beer first philosophy. For that, we are celebrated by beer enthusiasts worldwide. To keep our fans thirsty for more, we consistently produce experimental, limited-edition and seasonal offerings in addition to a solid lineup of long-time favorites. Through our trailblazing approach to craft brewing, we have established a benchmark within the craft beer community. (Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20240712) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had ripe fruits, pine, malts and biscuits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were ripe fruits, pine, toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A tasty and balanced hoppy brew that hid its ABV very well.

Gyllene grumlad vätska med ett stabilt skumlock. Brödig, karamellig och med rejäla givor tropiska citrusfrukter. Något tunn maltkropp men den uppvägs av ännu mer kakig rejäl tropiska beska i smaken.

Light amber, slightly hazy, small lasting head. Plum, apricot and mango aroma. Taste of passion fruit, pine and more tropical fruit. Well balanced by the bitterness.

Rated at Olutravintola Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto. Dry, grassy and herbal with some dankness, loads of pine, resin, caramely malts, biscuity notes and lingering bitterness. Old skool to the max.

Oh man. Hoppy, bitter, strong, fruity. Citrus, pinecones and resin, nicely bitter. A proper west coast, tastes fresh, very nice.

Can picked up from Beer Republic webshop, Breda, Netherlands and consumed at home Sunday 12th November 2023, we have a homemade Chicken Rendang for tea and for dessert the Vanilla Ice Cream and Baked Apples as we never had them last night. Pours almost completely clear gold with a white head, soft mouthfeel, nice bite, significant malty backbone to this, a little bit about of pine and maybe some tropical touches as well that I'm picking up. Great.
