33cl bottle from the Beer Shop in Plovdiv. Pours a mostly clear, hazy gold with some clingy, sudsy white head. Nose has couch, straw, lime peel, mild pepper. Flavor has lime and straw, grass, some paper, coriander too. Finishes spritzy.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with the Kuharai people nad Stella’s Tomislav. Misty yellow-ochre body, pale with a light white head. Tart aroma, obvious lacto, interesting pear notes, sweetish touch. Sweetish, mildly tart soft and pleasant lactic taste with a dash of apricot juice, far from overwhelming, just one of the ingredients. I actually enjoyed this quite a lot! Original and tasty, that’s not a common combination I’m afraid, and yet they’ve pulled it off here.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Light sweet citrus wild herbs and mint. Dry taste, soft dank bitterness with a slight note of citrus. A good one.

BOTTLE at Bucharest Craft Beer Festival. Tart „borș acru”/kislitschi, muddy yeasty bread dough, with notes of fruit gone bad. Taste of kislischi, followed by vague fruitiness, and cheesy notes. Weird.

SAMPLE 50 ml at tasting. Packed with hops - white grapes (Nelson?), catty, mellow honeyish pale malts, nice pungent bitterness. Solid yet easy drinking-body. Excellent job!

SAMPLE 50 ml at a tasting. Pretty harsh alcoholic aroma. Peppery, green pepper, grassy and chocolaty with a touch of chilli in the after-taste. A bit thin for the gravity. Drinkable, but unrefined.

Malzig weicher Beginn, schokoladig, milde Schärfe. Dann wässrig werdend, metallene Beinoten. Die Schärfe steigt dadurch leicht ab. Laffer Nachgeschmack. 11/9/8/7/8/7

14/II/16 - 33cl bottle from a trade @ home - BB: 26/III16 (2016-154) Thanks to markoijelena for the trade!
Clear orange beer, creamy yellowish head, little stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit of tropical fruits, passion fruit and mango, sweet impression, caramel, malts. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, sweet touch, pretty bitter and hoppy. Aftertaste: hoppy, fruity, bit sweet, caramel, pretty bitter finish. Decent one!
