La Superbe Brew Co.
Microbrewery
in Anglet,
Nouvelle-Aquitaine,
France 🇫🇷
Associated Venue: La Superbe
Established in 2016
After experimenting for a long time and stacking 20L brews in our kitchen, we are launching our first 500L brews in our small brewery in the Quartier de la Négresse in Biarritz in 2017. The Biarritz brewery sees the birth of all the first bottles of the permanent range of Brewery.
Quickly cramped, the second brewery was created in Anglet in 2018. Larger and more modern, it quickly allows us to push further experiments and to launch in parallel with the permanent range the very first cans in the summer of 2019 whose ephemeral recipes will be resolutely oriented towards hops and which are today our trademark.

Bottle shared by Tom. Jet black color, superb dark brown colored head, that unfortunately diminishes almost instantly. Aroma and flavor are malts, roasted malts, roasty bitters, malty bitters. Mostly different malt notes. Alright but no maple that clearly present imo. Not bad though.
