Bière bue en pression chez Amère à Nantes. Robe dorée légèrement trouble, mousse fine et assez persistante. Nez agréable, porté sur les agrumes et les fruits jaunes, avec une touche résineuse. Attaque franche, bien équilibrée entre le malt et le houblon, avec une amertume nette mais maîtrisée. Ensemble harmonieux, avec une belle buvabilité et une longueur propre. Très réussie !

440ml can. Hazy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, caramel malty background, hints of pineapple, lychee, citrusy overtones. Taste is slightly citrusy fruity and slightly tropical fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, minimally sugary, caramel malty basis, hints of lemon, some pineapple, a touch of honey; leafy and spicy finish.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite sweet, rather unspecific fruitiness - OK.

Can from Beerdome. Bit spicy with dark malt, coffee, chili pepper, espresso, chocolate. Chili burn on the tongue, mild bitterness, mild to medium sweet. Quite spicy/peppery.

440ml can. Jet black colour with late awakening, average, creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, tan head. Roasty, slightly chocolately, dark malty and peppery spicy aroma, notes of piment, some cocoa, whiffs of vanilla. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, chocolately and bitter roasty, dark malty as well as peppery spicy, notes of piment, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel, some vanilla; accumulating spiciness.
Viscous texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally pungent palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation.
Nice composition, intense, though not overly complex; extremely viscous texture - pretty good.

Dank, sweaty, resinous, minimally vinous, fruity hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, hints of white grapes, sweat, cheese, a touch of orange peel, whiffs of purulence, weak, yeasty spicy overtones with a touch of mustard seed. Taste is dank, resinous, sweaty and slightly fruity hoppy, wheaty and oaty malty basis with low residual sweetness, hints of melon, pear, white grapes, a touch of cheese and sweat, some orange, orange peel.
Very creamy and slightly oily texture, smooth, super soft, silky, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Aroma is initially not free from minimallly unpleasant, off-putting aspects (or an overload of cheesy, sweaty aspects), later more balanced and harmonious; taste is a tad more complex and harmonious throughout - good, not outstanding.

Can from Beerdome. Fruity hop with zesty fruit peel, orange, tropical fruit, some mango and soft pale malt. Moderate bitter with a slight sweetness. Smooth mouthfeel. Fine.

Cloudy, darkest amber with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head Mellow malty and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of red berries. Taste is mellow malty and slightly fruity hoppy, hints of red berries, some residual sweetness, minimally toasty malty undertones.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively simple and monotonous - not that exciting.

Can from Beerdome. Hazy yellow with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and earthy. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 011225
