About

Some hop. Moderate to over moderate tartness. Vinegar hints. Just below average carbonation. Medium body. Nice.

Great collab with a couple breweries I like a lot and a couple I need to check out. Very funky, pretty sour saison.

Draught (i think) @ Biere a Lille 2025. Lightly misty gold, foamy white head. Didn't know about this collaboration which seems to follow on from Burning Sky's similar 4-way UK release a few years ago. An acetic fight for attention with myriad wild nuances, light tang and soft peachy fruit notes. Fantastic.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is white wine and peaches. Flavor is white wine with yeast funk and bitter orange peel with a little vinegar and sour green apple. Finish is bone dry and leaves a little funk on the tongue with the yeast. This was a fun beer to try.

A bit thin but a very peasant grape presence. Vinous, soft, elegant. I love these small bottles: the shape and the size.

My second "keller saison" (chai means cellar in French) from BLM. Very good! Haven't had a sour saison in a few months. Very funky, loads of culture. Balanced and delectable.
