Bottle @Bir & Fud Bottega (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di malto, pane, erbaceo, leggero citrico. In bocca è maltata, pulita... forse un po' troppo, con chiusura amara media. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Manca un po' di spinta, comunque una discreta pils bavarese.

very hazy grey-ish amber colour, medium sized creamy ecru head; aroma of clove, nutmed, bready, some caramel and banana notes; taste is the same with slight sourness; really good dunkelweizen
