Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is lavender, spelt, fresh yeast. Taste is lavender, flowery, very balanced, spelts, lightly minty. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Interesting lavender aftertaste. Very good!

0,75l bottle at Vienna gathering shared by Koelschtrinker, big thanks. ligth yellow hazy color, small white head. smells herbal, tyhme, rosmary, juniper, spices, peppery. nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, spices, juniper, peppery, lime, citric. finsihes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of line, juniper and spices. very nice one.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is very herbal, grut, quite the funk, lots of spices, super interesting. Taste is herbal, gruts, all the spices, lightly lactic, tart very nicely balanced. Oily mouthfeel with rather high carbonation. Very good!

Sample from Bottle @ Antidoot opening. Hazy blond colour, lots of 'krauter' in the nose, lots of gagel. Taste is light sweet with tartness, wood, brett, lactic sourness.Nice!
