opalescent golden colour, one inch of dense and stable white head; aroma of mango, lychee, slight peach and pineapple, some grapefruit and biscuity notes; perfectly balanced bittersweet taste with tropical fruity (mainly mango), some grapefruity and biscuity-caramel notes; celery-horseradish-like spicy aftertaste; great IPA!

It's got an odd bitter note, not too much maple and vanilla, but it's a smooth double digit abv , no nose, lightly maple and vanilla and bourbon stout, not thin either. I want this fresh! Also no idea where the date is on the bottle.
