Bottle. Murky dark brown, low foamy brown head. Light soapy balsamic, roast aroma. Medium light foamy dry body, wood driness, some soap, prune, old apples, interesting, not great.

Bottle, 2016 vintage, feb 2017 release, batch No. 1601, many thanks William! Unclear dark amber color with beige head. Aroma is funky cider, bretts, wood, chocolate, grainy. Taste is earthy, bretts, a touch apples. Very foamy carbonation. Fun, but not well-rounded.

Bottle. Dark apple Aroma, a strange and interesting experiment that doesn't quite catch my fancy. Porter chocolate apple notes.

375 c&c from Cap Tap. Pours clear, bright gold with some white bubbles. Aroma is tart, fruity and Bretty. Med body or nearly. Flavor is dry, moderately tart/sour, fruity, suggests not quite ripe pineapple, and has a nice funky/earthy/Bretty aspect. Good stuff.

At the location in Visalia. Hazy honeycomb yellow with moderate white head that retained throughout the pour. Moderate fruitiness on both the aroma and flavor.

At the location in Visalia. This was less dry and clear than other Brut IPAs I have had. Also, the Amarillo was hidden, and that is my favorite hop so I was excited for it.

On draught at the location in Visalia. Black with tan head that lingers. Solid beer, but lacking depth and complexity.

Pour is a murky blonde with a large white head. Aroma is some fruity peach hops with some honey malt additions. Flavor is some honey dew and honeysuckle. Finish is dry with very little bitterness. This one is not going to win any awards for the style but it was a bit different from all the rest.
