bottle from menu as økologisk valnødde bryg. clear brown, smooth vanilla-ice colored head. aroma is nutty bitter, malty sweet, mineral water. flavor is nicely sweet nutty and sweet malty, faint sweet walnut taste, not much walnut bitterness, very well done, i like the flavor. good balance.
