Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a very fizzy and lively, dissipating beige head. Soft roast aroma. Medium body, heavy carbonation - very fizzy on your palate. Soft, slightly sweet roast. Seemingly no lactic acid in this one. Pleasant apart from the excessive carbonation. 050118

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear, dark amber with a lacing, beige head. Sweet malty and fruity aroma, but also a hint of lactic infection. Medium body, initially sweet and fruity in a pleasant way, but the lactic acid takes over. Another infected beer from Skovlyst I'm afraid. 040118
