Bottled beers brewed by Den Gamle Brygger whose brewmaster is also the brewmaster at the Skovlyst Brewpub.

Not to be confused with Skovlyst Production which broke away from the mother company in 2014 to establish itself as a contract brewer.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Clear golden colour with a huge white head. Sweet aroma with floral hops, grasses and fruits. Rather fresh, actually. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with grasses and floral hops. Nice surprise.

Bottle@Lars - Golden pour with big puffy white head. Very sweet fruity and malty, some citrus fruity accents, pale malty backing, some almost honey sweetness coming through, tad floral hoppy into the finish.

Sample from growler. Hazy, amber golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with oranges, spices and caramel malts. Wheat malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity with spices and orange peel. Ok.

0,5 flaske fra Netto Nørrebro, på hytta: klar brunrød rav med kort skum. Valnøtter er behagelig til stede både i aroma og smak, sammen med karamellkjeks og urter. Behagelig bitterhet i avslutningen.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange to amber with a small white head. Aroma is solid hoppy. Fruity and crisp hoppy. Slight wineous. Fruity. Dry, wooden. Dense malty. Slight caramelish. Sweet and roasted malty finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is milky and toasted malty. Bitter and toasted malty. Dry, toasted malty and sourish. Milky and malty finish.
