50cl bottle, as Swag IPA. Pours orange gold, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is weak cereal. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, feeling biscuity as well. Bitterness is persistent in the final.

Unclear yellow with almost no head. Wheat, yeast, lemon zest, some coriander seeds. Mild dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry grainy yeasty finish. Standard Italian craft blonde beer.

After a windy walk at night, along the lake, this one was welcomed before to sleep. Personally, it was not really an ipa but it was rather an ale, really malty, smooth, yeasty, fruity, flavour of apricot, some.bitterness at the final, 17.11.23, drinking it at Epalinges

Too hot weather for the season and this classical ipa on the way of the embuscade was welcomed for the dinner, yesterday. The carbonation is too weak for the style, malty, smooth, mineral, resinous with a touch of toffee, average, 24.01.24

Il gusto al naso rimanda al fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si fermano caratteristiche di miele, cracker, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, agrumi e affumicato.
