Description
First brewed in September 2015 located on Walker Road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Relocated the brewery to the current in Summer 2018 opening a Tap Room next door.

16/6/2022. Cask at the 30th East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear dark amber / mahogany with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of caramel, milk chocolate, caramac, light roasted malt, sweet bread. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, very soft carbonation. Sweet finish.

16/6/2022. Cask at the 30th East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, stone fruits, grass, touch herbal, pine cone and nut. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Medium body, oily, average to soft carbonation. Enjoyed this.

Deep dark brown with a decent beige head. Chocolate and some hazelnut notes. Light chocolate and a nutty finish. Quite solid for the style. An almost spicy not in the finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of malt, herby, earthy. Taste is malt, woody, caramel, currrant, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tangy bitter finish. OK

2/1/2022. Can at the New Year beer share. From CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours clear dark gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, herbs, fruit, slightly twiggy, slightly soapy. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Oily watery texture. Fizzy. Looked really good.
