ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy and open, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is apple, tart, sour apples, nail polish, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, tart - sour, vinegar, dry. --Bottled, thanks Taboada! -- Hazy golden. Tart, leathery nose with some citric notes. Vinegary tartness, light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Apple skins, citric apples, hay and leather. Mildly acetic finish.

330ml bottle from Finger Lakes in Ithaca. Clear plastic cup. Hotel. Sad. Mostly clear, orange amber, very thin & airy head, like it's half flat. Very herbal, sweet sweat, clay nose. Slightly foul funk, old veg, lemon, bittersweet, pithy, over-steeped & lingering green tea. Mellow, almost flat carbonation, moderate tartness, strong & building sour + acidity. Unique, but not great. I want to like this, but it's difficult.

Many thanks to Taboada for this bottle. Smooth sweetish beginning. Nice fruity sourness with sweetish apples and sulphur. Fruity sweetish apples, lots of sulphur in the aftertaste.
