330ml bottle @ Thiriez during a 74 mile gravel ride. Pours gold with a light mist, good fluffy white head. Aroma is pale malt, gentle sweetness from the yeast with a light floral hint. Continues largely to taste, not too much elderflower coming through, certainly not as much as their other elderflower beer Vlinde Boom but it's an expertly made Northern blonde all the same, with a lovely soft palate.

330ml bottle @ Thiriez during a 74 mile gravel ride. Pours blonde with a fine mist, medium white head. Light floral nose and fresh harvest malt. Noticeable elderflower presence with a woody bitter echo, really great French blonde overall with a nice floral side.

Mild peach and pear nose. Cloudy amber, thick head, wispy sediment. Sweet peach, bread, grass. Medium body, easy carbonation. Did not pair well with spicy hummus, but I knew better. It probably would do better with mild cheeses and certain fruits.

Draft @ Thiriez at 8:55am during the Balade Flamande cycling event Tour de France weekend. Pours a slightly misty blonde, good white head. Aroma of heavenly saison yeast, smooth on the palate, medium bodied, excellent balance, moderate spicy bitterness.. a lovely sessionable saison.
