(draught) Pale orange colour, peachy. A bit hazey. Slim white head. Very spicey nose: pepper, grains of paradise, and subdued coriandre. Citrus zeste. Taste is spiced, peppery again. Grapefruit. Perfumed with a lavender-like aroma. More coriander with warming up. Very dry, full-bodied, alcohol. Moinette blonde II is a classic. If you like spicing, this must be one of the best, next to the same breweries' Cerevisia...

Dark golden colour, firm white head, constantly bubbling. Spicy aroma with hop notes and slightly caramelly malt. Very dry with lots of hops. Very refreshing and drinkable.

The aroma is powerful; sweet and yeasty. The color is an unclear dark orange, and it has a small disappearing head. The flavor is sweet with notes of earth and yeast and ending on a dryness.

An unclear yellow beer with no head. The aroma is faint with notes of sweetness, sourness, and some sharpness as if it has been wild fermented? The flavor is sharp and sour (wild fermentation?) but also dry, wheaty, and a little sweet. It ends of on a pretty sour note with no sweetness. A somewhat weird flavor.

Bottled. Hazy golden appearance. "Juicy Fruit"-aroma. Sweet, soft and malty with an obvious honey flavour and a very aromatic finish.

To me, Saison Dupont is the last of the true saisons. It comes in many sizes. I maintain that anything under 75cl doesn't do it right. I choose a well-aged sample. "Gushing" is putting it mildly. "Exploding" comes nearer. Mass of slightly yellow foam. Beer itself is orange, and of course, hazy. Very fresh nose, lemony, but some cork-mouldy smell at first. Then a soft cheese aroma as from Brie. Bitter, tart, orange rind. Absolutely no oxidation let alone madeirisation, despite its age. Spicey, but no specific spices (no spices added to this TRUE brew). A bit bread-yeasty, too. Burning sensation. It is dry and at the same time refreshing. Very bitter aftertaste, not hop-bitterness, more spicey or vegetable bitterness. At the end again some earth-cork taste. Superb sessionbeer, refreshing without any watery feel, highly carbonated without being fizzy. First you think the bitterness is going to be too much, then it proves itself to be the beer for the hayfield. You could keep drinking it, were it not for its ABV.

Duvel-like tripel. Hazy golden color, remaining frothy head. Spicy aroma, cheese, yeast. Same kind of taste. Slightly bitter finish, and a bit dry. But this beer is just one out of many triple/blondes around.

Blonde Belgian beer with a fluffy white head and a lemon peel citric flavour and aroma with hints of other fruits. A very nice palatable beer.

Bottled Reddish brown with average head and a wealth of sediment. Heavy buttery estery aroma of banana and toffee. Sweet and rather malty. Pleasant bitterish rather hoppy finish.

Bottle Hazy, blond body. White creamy head with a good lace but last not too long. Aroma of banana, hops, citrus and a little bit of cardboard paper. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Nice, interesting beer.
