Thanks Shlomo S. ! Hope your move went well! This is deliiiish. Struggling to let it warm up as it's already addictively good. Rum and maple notes pair beautifully. Just decadent. At room temp it's surprisingly boozy, but even more decadent. Boozy cake!

Smoke, toasted pecan nose. Ruby brown, medium tan head. Toasted pecan, soil. Light body, easy carbonation.
Toasted rye bread notes on point, hints of espresso, wafts of chocolate, but still super drinkable.
Like biting into fresh German bread.

4 oz pour on draft. Mostly clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aroma includes lime, peaches, wine and vinegar. Taste has notes of tart limes, vinegar, peaches, white wine, light funk. Medium-light body. Nice super tart wild ale.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, one finger foamy white head. Malty, bready aroma. Taste is grainy, biscuity, mildly sweet, faint hops arise at the finish, minor crisp bite. Nice, hefty feel.

Unclear brown beer under a small, disappearing cream-coloured head. Very sour nose, acetic, wood, unripe grapes, vinegar. Bit more lactic, bit less acetic in the mouth. Buttermilk, diary, again grapes, wood. Oakleaves dried, non-sweet (dark) fruit. Serious acidthinning and -burn. Feels better carbonated than it looks. General impression betters warming up. Harsh. Not unlike some Verzet O.B's.
