Bottle pour at Southern Grist 3rd Anniversary. Pours a deep reddish copper with a finger of foam that dissipates. Lovely cherry forward nose with some some cherry stone, almond and some vinous aromas. Smooth cherry and mild oaky vanilla on the palate with more cherry stone notes. Dries out nicely on the finish.
