0,5 l swing top bottle and again out of the deepness of Erzengel´s vaults. BB 22.12.2011! Let´s try ... Cloudy golden in the glass, no real head. Fruity sourness on the nose with pale grain and malt. Taste has a lot of fruity sourness at the start. Increasing pale malty with fruity background. No carbonation as expected. Surprisingly drinkable. Not bad for that age.

Bottle with swingtop 0,5 ltr: Cloudy yellow coloured brew with an smoothly velvet sweet bitter taste with very gentle hints of caramel and fruits.

0.5 l bottle from 11-line, Potsdam. Shared with little Dina. Cloudy amber to brown, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, caramel, some coffee. Sweet caramel flavour, malty. Soft carbonation, soft creamy texture, light sweet finish. A bit thin overall.

0.5 l bottle at 11-line, Potsdam. Shared with little Dina. Clear golden, small off-white head. Lightly hoppy, floral. Soft bready notes underneath. Soft vegetable notes. Also lightly grassy and fruity. Light body, quite doughy. Light sweet finish.

0.5 l bottle at Eleven Line, Potsdam. Cloudy golden, small white head. Aroma is grainy, bready and light tart doughy aroma, light fruity esters. Smooth, lightly creamy. Sweet. Cookie dough, sweet bread. Drinkable. Minimal bitterness or hop flavour. Light finish.

4,0% ABV. Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
