As Nikolator. Unclear mahagony brown with a fluffy head. Roasted nuts, lemon zest, dark bread, rye, raisins, basement notes, wooden barrels, iron. Malty sweetness, slight dry bitterness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonated, dry malty rustic finish. Quite a nice rustic drinkable Bock!

Unclear yellow with a small creamy head. Very soapy, lactose, whey, stone fruit, grain, bread. Mild dry bitterness, fruity grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily chalky texture, soft carbonated, dry grainy bready sweet finish. A nice Ale, very Weißbier-y, overall tasty.

0,5 l swing top bottle and again out of the deepness of Erzengel´s vaults. BB 22.12.2011! Let´s try ... Cloudy golden in the glass, no real head. Fruity sourness on the nose with pale grain and malt. Taste has a lot of fruity sourness at the start. Increasing pale malty with fruity background. No carbonation as expected. Surprisingly drinkable. Not bad for that age.

Bottle with swingtop 0,5 ltr: Cloudy yellow coloured brew with an smoothly velvet sweet bitter taste with very gentle hints of caramel and fruits.

0.5 l bottle from 11-line, Potsdam. Shared with little Dina. Cloudy amber to brown, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, caramel, some coffee. Sweet caramel flavour, malty. Soft carbonation, soft creamy texture, light sweet finish. A bit thin overall.
