Can drunk 5/26/24. Forgot to note the date, but from the fridge at Harvest Wine & Spirits Elmwood.
Clear amber-tan. Medium-sized, beige head.
Hint toasty with light caramel and nutty rye. Good base malt contributing bread and gentle honey suggestions. Clean with herbs and pepper from the hop.
Similar flavors with an excellent maltiness and attenuation. Nutty, spicy, with gentle fruitiness and lingering crisp, gently bitter hop. Fresh yeast and nutty malt with a hint of toast.

Eli Cannon's draught, 4/30/25.
Not quite clear. Small, white head, low retention.
Juicy hops showing lush citrus and tropical fruit with nicely balancing white bread/honey from the malt. Light mineral and easygoing melon.
Malty and soft but drying out nicely with honey, white bread and plentiful melon. Juicy and flavorful. Not leaning too far West Coast and the lovely bitterness keeps it refreshing and drinkable. Snappy, bitter, but amply-malted.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is very zesty with fruit peel and light herbal notes. Flavour is sharply bitter. Body is medium. Nice zesty herbal-ish IPA, a different take.

Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is peppery saison yeast with grass, light pale malt, white pepper, a little farmhouse funk, grain, some lemon, hay, soft hops. Subtle flavour with a light bitterness and a hint of tartness. Finishes quite dry. Very drinkable with subtle funk, dry and peppery. Solid.

Can (10/15/24) shared by Steve. Virtually opaque dark brown with thin veneer of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong roasted, slightly nontraditional-smelling, grains, coffee, cocoa. Taste is roasted grain, minimal coffee, mild chocolate. Smooth texture, average carbonation ending slightly fizzy, roasted malt/coffee lightly bitter finish. Good strength for ABV, they got a different aroma from the nontraditional grains, but can't say I loved them, and texture is a bit off.
