Alkoholisch trockener Antrunk, hell malzig in geringem Umfang. Deutliche Toffeenoten, dazu herb, überrashend sind kurzzeitig auftauchende Vanilletöne. Die hellen Toffeenoten stehen ab jetzt im Vordergrund, der Alkohol unterstützt, ist aber selber kaum erkennbar. Später nur noch hellmalzig, weniger würzig und geringfügig herb. Ein recht einfaches Bockbier, das etwas wie ein intensives Export wirkt. Geht in Ordnung. 9/9/9/8/7/9

Bottled 330ml. -Clear yellow coloured, medium sized white head, vegetables in the nose. Malty, moderate grainy and slight barnyard with notes of vegetables (potatoes primarily). Sweetish finish. Average pils.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, bready malts as well as some sugar and mild alcoholic sweetness. Flavour is similar, but also has a quite crisp maltyness to it.

Pours clear dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma is a little sweet with notes of malt, caramel and bread. Taste is metallic light bitter and a little dry and hoppy finish. medium body, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. Light straw like gold colour with a white head that dissipated to nowt. Unappealing nose that was an unseemly mess of grain, corn and veg on the turn. Flavour was a similar story with some metallic notes thrashing around with a weak malt spine. Really pretty piss poor.

First Snowfall of the Season tasting in Odense. Copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of DMS and grain. Grain and DMS flavour with a pepper note, and a slightly dusty finish
