33 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a hue chalk white head. Crisp citrus aroma, with a light pilsner malt coming through. Flavour is the same, light sweetness and with a distinct classic Dithmarscher beer note from the back of the nose. Ends dry and slight bitter/citric.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts modest dry, fine hoppy notes, but I exspected a more spicy beer. The finish is still dry, modest sweet. Not bad, but not my favourite!

Bottled BB 12/2008. Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Sweet malty aroma. Sweet malty and grainy flavor with grassy hoppy bitterness in the finish. Nothing really special, but not totally hopeless either.
