Keg at The Hanging Bat. Hazy amber body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of flowers, orange and candy. Flavour of juicy tangerine, floral hops and a bitter, grassy finish. Medium body with an oily texture. Lively fizz. A cracking beer - hoppy and prickly with a lingering bitterness.

Bottle. Clear gold, quite pale. Large white head, very high bead. Aroma of mandarins, passionfruit, some toasted grain. Light bodied. Intense, almost sharp citrus flavours - more grapefruit and lemon than mandarin - light toasty malt (and seed?) is just enough to give it a little presence. Bitterness cuts through very much untroubled in the dry finish. Had this about 10C and suspect it would have been pretty brusque any colder.
