Bottled (from web-bier.de). Copper colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is wheat, some toffee, mild spices, herbs and some yeasty tones. Flavour is wheat, mild toasted tones, spices, toffee and some sweet malts. Slight dried fruity sweetness. Quite pleasant but a bit too sharp and biting carbonation.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pffafenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Thursday 24th November 2022 listening to Marc Riley on 6Music, we didn't have Chicken Chowder tonight, neither of us were that hungry so we settled for cheese, bread, pickles etc. Pours chestnut brown, clear as a bell with an off white head. Toffee, roasted nuts, caramel and a big dollop of maltiness, dark sugars. This has a nice soft mouthfeel, there is a little dark fruit, it is very good.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Thursday 18th August 2022 sat outside about to heating up homemade Cannelloni. Pours dark gold/light amber with a large white head. This is super weird I am getting the fresh pondweed that I did on the previous beer? Really soft moutheel, refreshing if a little bit thin, a touch of fruit, maybe a little early summer fruit, strawberry and perhaps elderflower, it's okay.
