Description
Already in 1630 a brewhouse was founded on the main square in Pfaffenhofen. The oldest Pfaffenhofen miller (ancestor of the brewing family) is mentioned in official documnts from 1776 and 1779.
Through constant expansion and quality-oriented production, the former brewhouse and later house brewery became a growing and respected brewery over the generations, which has had a significant influence on the cityscape of Pfaffenhofen since then.

Tap at Hallertauer Bierfestival, Attenkirchen in the company of Jonas and Ursula it's very, very hot, Sunday 26th June 2022 sat in the shade. Looks good, clear gold, large stable white head. Aroma is a little floral, streaky bitterness, some dryness at end which actually builds.

Tap at the festival. Light golden. Hoppy perfume flower. Lime and citrus, which makes it better. Sparkly. Luckily does not taste like perfume flower.

Müllerbräu Bavariator, Fläschchen von Getränke Hörl, Wolnzach. - Dunkelrotbraun, klar. Müllerbräu Hopfenland Pils, Fläschchen von Appel, Au i.d. Hallertau. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase eher vage, wenig pilstypische Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk etwas voller hellmalzig und solide hopfenwürzig herb. Feine Restsüße, ein Hauch von Honig. Milder rezent, eher vollmundig. (19.4.2022.)

0,5 l bottle. Clear dark golden with a more than one finger foamy white head in the glass. Grassy malty at the start, some sweetness. Getting more smooth grainy caramel in the middle section. Increasing spicy. Mid to low bitterness. Below average carbonation. Okay.
