Bottle. A crystal clear golden beer topped by a small off-white head. Some curtains. There’s rice, lemon and a touch of caramel in the nose. Thin and sour on the palate, low carbonation level. Some caramel in the mostly fruity flavor. Low on bitterness. Not very good this one. 131101

Bottle. Pours clear amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, corn and some kind of syrup. Nearly no taste whatsoever, save for some sparse ricey notes. Bland aftertaste with scanty notes of some organic detergent. Unbalanced and bad.

Bottle, 4.3%. Farty and herbal aroma, not good. Clear amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is vinous with some raisin in the finish. Watery and grainy finish as well. Strange and bad.

50cl from Marktkauf in Detmold. The beer in the glass looks a bit watery-yellow. Not very typical, but the head is fluffy and lasts long. The beer starts very very sweet, absolutely untypical for even an Alkoholfrei Weizen. Remembers me of the Kirner Weizen Alkoholfrei, which tastes nearly as awful as this one. The beer is grainy, Weizen-notes are only very slightly recognisable in the background. The yeast is as well not present. The aftertaste is quite long - 10% like a typical Weizen and 90% like a sweet malty mixture of something very strange... but here some bittering hops are noticeable. --> I don’t know who is able to drink even a bottle from this regularly.... - I am not! 4/8/2/3

Bottle doesnt look good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, almost washy, only very light ginger notes. Finish a bit drier. Nothing special.

Bottle. Pours clear pale straw with negligible white head. clear atoma of an elderflower drink and cummin. Ditto taste, giving way to some unexpected, metallic bitterness. Not anything I would relish in but drinkable.
