(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy pale golden colour with a rocky foamy white head with lace. Slightly sweet malty and honeyish aroma with spicy yeasts and herbal hops. Bittersweet flavour, light to medium body, smooth but not flat carbonation. Moderately sweet malty and yeasty taste; medium dry malty, light to medium bitter and aromatic hoppy, slightly spicy finish. A bit slim but well quaffable crafted Pils.

(swing top bottle) Clear copper colour with a foamy off-white small head. Medium sweet malty nose with milk chocolate and a light hoppy background. Moderately sweet malty taste with a touch of caramel and an upcoming dry bitterness towards the finish. The least impressive brew of the Liebhart collection, but still a clean and drinkable Dunkel.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy orange colour with a fluffy slightly off-white medium head. Aroma of wheat, banana and pear with grassy hops in the background. Bittersweet flavour, almost medium bodied, smooth carbonated. Pear-fruity and wheat-malty taste with yeasts and a tart hopbitter lasting finish. A very tasty hop accentuated uncommon (northern style) Weizen.

(swing top bottle) Slightly cloudy pale amber colour with a foamy white medium head. Soft sweet spelt malty aroma with dough and marzipan. Soft sweet bread malty flavour and taste, light to medium bodied, dry but short and slightly bitter finish. An enjoyable Dinkel Pils, that concentrates on its distinctive spelt-maltiness, but it could have had a bit more body.
