Bottle. Clear dark brown sporting a massive white/beige head. Aroma of dark bread and caramel. Taste of caramel, brown sugar, dark bread, grains some chocolate and cocoa. Sweet but also quite beery. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Good.

Bottle, 4.6%. Refreshing aroma of paper and white bread. Almost clear golden colour, sparkling. Ok stable white head. The flavour is mostly just bitter. There is a mild, papery malt base, but it is very frail, and the bitterness is a little brutal.

Bottle. Murky orange/brown with a small white head. Downright ugly. Aroma of apricots and herbs. Taste of grains, apricots, malts, lemons and herbal notes. Moderate to strong bitterness. Low carbonation. This is god-awful looking but surprisingly good and dare I say almost delicious?

Bottle. Pours cloudy brownish black with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with touches of yeast and hops. Bitter, roasty flavour with touches of malt and yeast. Roasty and hoppy aftertatste with estery touches. Decent.

Bottle, 4.6%.. Weak bready aroma. Very dark brown colour, seems unclear. Unstable off-white head. The flavour is bready with a little liquorice. Low bitterness. Mild and pleasant, but not so exciting.

Bottle from supermarket in southern part of Germany. Color: Very pale golden, white head. Aroma: Watery, very little aroma. Taste: Equal watery, very little taste. A little sweetish, very light bitterness. Refreshing at 28 degrees Celsius but that's cheap water too...

Bottle. Cloudy dark orange with a small and short-lived white head. Aroma of malts, grains, grass and yeast. Taste follows aroma plus red berries and a herbal note. Strong and distinct bitterness. Strong carbonation. Nothing to complain here, nothing to celebrate either.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly floral, minimally grassy, hoppy and rather neutral, minimally grainy, bready, pale malty aroma, a minimally waxy touch of pearl barley. Taste is slightly floral, fruity and minimally grassy hoppy, mellow, pale malty, hints of petals, a touch of dried apricot. Watery texture, slightly dry, even minimally metallic-repellent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Surprisingly nice composition, nice floral hoppy flavours - better than expected.
