Bottle, from trade with papsoe. It pours a clear, dark golden body under a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is malty, with a fine touch of caramel and some hops giving fruityness. There’s also some bready notes. Sweetish flavor on the malty side, slightly bready, with caramel and a gentle bitterness. Medium body. The finish is also quite sweet, I would like a tad more hoppy bitterness to balance it. A nice one though. (090206)

Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear, amber coloured, small and lacy white foamy layer. Traces of paper and metal in the delicate toasty nose; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied. In creasing bitterness in the toasty finish with a very delicate touch of cacao in the aftertaste. Drinkable, not great.....

Bottle. Golden, molecular carbonation, small and creamy white head. Moderate grainy-strawy nose with a faint metallic tinge. Moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft carbonation. Short, sweetish-bitter, as well, finish. Unspectacular, not very aromatic, but quite O.K. .....
