Cask at Ealing Beer Festival 2019, Ealing, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Roasty, malty, liquorice aroma and taste. Very rich and a bit hard going for me but well made.

330mml. bottle. @home, 11/07/2019. Slightly murky dark brown colour with a medium foamy tan head. Aroma is oak wood, riped berries and roasty coffee. Taste is wild yeast, oak barrels and cherries leading to a soft coffee finish. Medium carbonation. Interesting and different. Next one please!

Cask at the Ealing beer festival 2019. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a loose tan head. Aroma is earthy salty roast, cake spice, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of thick cakey malts, tNgy raspberry.wood, waxy, solvent bite. Palate is full and tangy, oily, Warming alcohol. Boosty.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, salty, oily, prickly pear, woody fruit pips, musty funk, yogurt, pithy finish. Palate is pithy, tart, moderate carboantion, pithy, tart finish. Little tart apple.
