Sample at the Shelton Festival. Pours black, with a big, creamy, tan head. The aroma is chocolate, celery, banana peppers, syrup, and walnuts. Sweet and chalky, with a light bitterness. Heavy body, with a creamy mouthfeel. The spice doesn't distract, but adds to a solid stout.

Taste- burnt, charred malt, bitter dark chocolate milkshake, boozy oaky woodiness, coffee, dark chocolate cake, burnt fruitcake hints. Silky mouthfeel. Barrel-heavy, but nice.
