Bottle from Craftissimo at home. Dark cola brown pour with enticing fine and creamy tan head. Aroma is deep roasted coffee malt punctuated by pine and juicy melon with some alcohol. Very nice. Taste is similar - definitely has Black and Tan feel (versus black IPA or hoppy stout). Big roasted flavors with piercing hoppiness and a light body. This has coffee, pine, melon, cola, leather, alcohol. Palate is relatively thin but creamy - more imperial IPA than imperial stout. Lasting bitterness. Really good!

Definitely mint chocolate chip, however not sure that's really a beer flavor

Craft TCR bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Opaque dark brown beer, good pale tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Slightly thin dark malts, some dark malt bitterish tang. Tangy dark fruits. Tangy coconut. Tangy bitterish wood. Light finish. Hmmm, a little disappointing to be honest, thin and tangy and ultimately unsatisfying.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours deep brown with a foamy tan head. Interesting, had some citrus notes, ashy roast, bent wood, earth. Medium bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish with burnt wood dryness, bitter cocoa. So so.
