# 4598; 4/2025. Malty, caramel, dried fruits, cellar aroma, light hoppy spicy. Brilliant redish bronze body; persitent tiny lacing beige head. Caramel, dried fruits, cherry, woodish, hoppy spicy, cellary, malty. Medium body; medium carbonation, very good drinkability. Not a typicall Vienna Lager but very good Amber Lager. 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemarkt, Zittau (Upper Lusatia, Germany).

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La carbonazione rientra nella media. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, erba, agrumi e carta.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invadente. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, orzo, fieno, frutta secca, erba e agrumi.

Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, biscotto, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane tostato ed erbaceo.

Dark amber with a big fluffy head. Roasted malt, caramel, metal, lemon zest. Malty sweetness, mild dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry roasty malty finish. A good Amber Lager, a good winter warmer.

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Heiloo Getränke Leipzig, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, grainy nose. Dusty, grainy, bready and light caramel with dryish bitterish finish.

0.5 l bottle thanks to Ogi, shared with Marko and him. Clear golden, small white head. Aroma is grainy, bready, lightly grassy, floral, slightly doughy. Light to medium body, light bready and herbal flavour, sweet, floral. Not creamy, not astringent. Mild bitterness. Moderate to high carbonation. Light dry finish. A bit light, but not bad.

0.5l bottle courtesy of Ogi who brought it from Leipzig and shared with Hrabren and me. Clear golden body. Vaguely citric, bit sweetish-grainy aroma, somewhat metallic, bit minerally. Initially creamy dryish, even bitterish grainy malty taste. Starts slightly hellesish, but quickly goes too dry for it. The floral, though vaguely herbal hops are its best part. Dunno, they tried.
