Tap at the brewpub. Dark hazy brown pour with a big beige head. Aroma is incredibly sweet, note of candied stone fruit, sticky caramel malts, and harsh grassy, citrus hops, with quite a bit of booze. The mouth feel is very thick and the carb is low. The finish is incredibly sweet, and there are light instances of fruity hops. The malts are so thick and sweet, this is pretty much a barley wine.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy copper pour, with a small beige head. Aroma of very green, grassy hops, wet paper, and very sweet, very caramel malts. The mouth feel is quite viscous, and the carb is low. The finish is of a medium bitterness, with more grassy hops and a lot of wet paper. This is not very enjoyable.

On tap at Bistro-Brasserie Les Sœurs Grises, pours a clear golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma is dominated by bitter grapefruit peel, citrus hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is very crisp, with lots of crisp grapefruit peel, bitter citrus hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Loads of grapefruit peel. Pleasant bitterness from the grapefruit but it's not so special in the hop department.
