500mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is like a pizza, with lots of blood oranges, sour candies, and basil. Flavour is very lacto-y, with basil upfront, lots of blood orange, lacto, and sour candies. Intensely sour -- this churns the stomach. Lots of sour candies, with a lot of blood oranges. Difficult to drink, inelengant, but fun.

Interesting colour, sort of pinkish, cloudy. The basil comes out in the aroma, the blood orange, some weird umami thing. This is really weird. On the palate, it's got a soft palate, with a light bit of acidity. There's basil, the blood orange is there, too. Lemon? Maybe. Interesting take - a moderately sour beer with an odd blend of flavours.

Fair Weather Brite Son Dry-hopped Pilsner 5.5% Semi-opaque gold with a ring of eggshell white foam and a Citra plus musty bread aroma. Quite rich and full bodied with maltiness up from but a decent amount of melon type hoppy character. Nice.

Kettle sour that pours princess pink. Sips citrus sour that peaks at the end but not overwhelming. Mild berry fruit, citrus fruit. Drinkable.

This porter poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Minimal lacing. Scents include coffee, caramel and dark chocolate. First swig was absolutely delicious. Flavours of medium roast coffee, dark cocoa and a little molasses. Finish is roasted and lightly sweet with coffee light cocoa flavours lingering.
