This sour IPA poured a hazy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include mango, citrus hops, cooked veggies and dough. First swig was quite carbonated. A punch in the face of flavour. Flavours of citrus, including mango, lemon, orange and grapefruit. Finish is lightly bitter with mostly citrus taking command!

This “wild” ale poured a clear, medium yellow with a creamy, off white head. Medium lacing. Scents include relish, sour fruit and pickles? First swig was not as near as sour as expected. Which is good. Flavours of sweet relish and sour citrus. Finish is lightly sweet with those light, sour Pickle-ish flavours lingering. Lol... pretty good!

This pale poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include lemon, Earl Grey, bergamot and cream. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of lemon meringue pie, cream and butter? Lol Finish has a lemon pie flavour that lingers and a mild hop that adds just a little bitterness.

This IPA poured a very cloudy, medium yellow colour with a bright white, frothy/fizzy head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus and floral hops, dough and a little honey. First swig was quite carbonated. Sharp to the pallet, flavours of heavy citrus with light floral notes. Finish isn’t quite as bitter as expected. Lingering citrus flavours that border on... soapy?
