Big bottle kindly shared by Finn. Naked at the top, poor lacing, deep copper-brownish body. Moderate smell of dark bread and caramel. Hints of dark caramel, rye bread, and syrup to the taste profile. Short tail. Okay, instead of a soft drink. (Tromsø, 10.03.2026).

Gefunden in einem neuen ukrainischen Geschäft in Wien Kaisermühlen.
Grundsätzlich mag ich Kvas sehr gerne...auch die kreativen und abstrusen Sorten 🤡, aber dieses weihnachtliche 🎄🦌, Zwetschken 🫐-Kwas ist mir zu komisch.
Es ist chemisch-fruchtig ⚗️ und einfach nur süß ohne runden Malzkörper.
Ich brauche es nicht mehr.

Gekocht bij een Oost-Europese super in Assen. Troebele bleekgele kleur met een mooie witte slagroomtoef, die ook nog eens mooi blijft hangen. Geur is granig, citrus, limonade. Retronasaal: wort/graan, zoet, limonade, iets kunstmatig. Smaak is zoetig, maar gelukkig niet mierzoet, met een verfrissend licht zuurtje. Lichte body. Wortige afdronk. Lijkt me beter in de zomer, maar dit is niet eens onprettig. Maar is het bier?

white plastic bottle 1500ml.-from small Ukrainian shop within Z Centar Zagreb, shared with Hrabren & Marko. Blackish coloured, small pale beige head that went away fast, cinnamon and light caramel nose. Caramel, cinnamon, light herbal and touch of cloves with sweet finish. Drinkable but a bit too sweet.
