Draught at Methuselah, 7/19/24. Light, brass-blonde-golden,golden. Thin, white head. Hazy. Cracker malts, fresh yeast and gentle, lemony-citrus. Clean. Lighter but not thin with cracker malt and a bit of biscuit. Dry, lightly bitter. Balanced and refreshing with varied citrus flavors.

Can 35,5cl - comes as 'Bronx American Pale Ale' at 6,0% ABV. Pours a clear amber with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Biscuity and caramelly nose with some piney hops. Medium body, sweet fruity and biscuity with a solid, finishing bitterness. A clean and well made very old school APA. 090724

Klar golden med offwhite kort topp som klinger seg rundt kanten. Aroma; Honning, plomme, grapefrukt, hint av sirup og sitrus. Smak; grapefrukt, lime-skall, lynghonning, humle. Fruktig med lang ettersmak.

Optisch trübes, helles Zitronengelb, Schaum passt, in der Nase fruchtig, harzig, Orange. Im Trunk üppige Frucht, man merkt das Gewicht, mittig bis spät macht sich eine angenehm alkoholische Wärme breit, dabei trotzdem sehr gut trinkbar. Das Bierchen steht schon eine ganze Weile bei mir im Kühlschrank, bestimmt schon über MHD, aber immernoch ein lecker Ding.
