It looks great, gold beer and a large, lacing head of foam. When I think of a Czech pilsner, I think of dry, bitter hops. This has a dry malt flavor but the strata is too sweet to pair with a pilsner, pushing toward IPL territory.

Murky amber tan with a large foamy head. Tart and tangy with tropical fruit and strong lime. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear reddish amber with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has bread and grass with grains and a touch of sweetness supporting. Flavor has a nice combination of bread and light sweetness with some grass underlying.

16oz can c/o Ryan. Awesome beer. The oak adds some real depth to the style. Still bright, crisp, but rich and malty with a steady oak tone. Perfect balance, excellent brewing, and has a nice steady hop balance. Really good stuff.
