Bouteille (Merci, le professeur du Lac!): Deep golden to light amber coloured, hazy, small but creamy and persistent off-white head, moderate dryish herbal-hayish (or of freshly mowed grass) nose, some (dark) malt underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied; lingering dryish bitter-hayish finish with some malt as a counterweight.
