355ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Mild aroma of toasted grainy malt, orange and faint grapefruit. Sweet flavour of bready malt, caramel, lemon peel, orange and grapefruit with a dry, mild bitter, grassy hop finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Esta cerveza esta bien.

An IPA from a brewer I do not know. Actually recommended by the nice saleslady at the nearby craft beer store, of course I will try. A very cold 12 oz bottle, I pour into a shaker glass seeing an attractive, hazy, dark orange-gold liquid and a lightish, beige top. A decent nose, grass, orange peel. Steady carbonation. A better lead-in than the taste. I get hay, crackers, a flat hoppiness. I’ve tried worse, certainly had better.

Some roast and a little coffee. Some infection but not a huge amount, just puts a type of odd tang on this. Pours black with mocha head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Some caramel. Bottle at el Deposito on Napoles.

Hilaria, Gadtropub, CDMX bottle: pours amber with a whitish head. Aroma is typical amber ale with light caramel malt. Low bitterness and a bit sweet. Basic but drinkable.

Some beer bar in Mexico City: pours a nice black with a beige head. Aroma is cooked up sugar, hints of chocolate. Taste is mostly a sort of weird sweetness. No to low bitterness. Not a bad beer.
