On cask at The Big Hunt. Pours a murky, oily deep brown with the faintest ring of white head. Nose had a lot of the base beer, brown sugar, malt, some caramel, a bit boozy, something vegetal lurking too. Flavor is where you get more of the jerky, a little bit of that sort of leathery dried meat, some mild bell pepper, a bit of pepper, sweet malt, caramel. Oily finish. Not sure if this was the best combo, but a valiant effort.
