4oz sample at Churchkey’s 3 Stars 1st Anniversary event. Pours a hazy orange with some wispy, white head. Nose of fresh cut wood, peach, white grape, apricot, blood orange. Flavor is heavy with berry, wood pulp, light spice, white grape, peach. Spicy finish. Needed brett to bring out some needed complexity. Very nice first try at this style.
