Leftover can when from when Tree Rock closed a couple months back. Mojito glass @home. Clear, peachy pink, soda froth pour. Stinky papaya & confection nose, why? Really off-putting nose. As it airs out it's mostly grape Gatorade. Grape sweet tarts, medicinal, lemon juice, wax, bubblegum. I didn't get blackberry though. Thin, Sweet-Tart candy, dusty sulfites, chemical burn, Gatorade. Have I rated anything okay from here? How does this place stay in business?

On tap at Oh Craft. Pours pale yellow. Sweet, floral, apricot, mango, heady, a little too perfumed. Oily body. Fine.

Can from TreeRock. Tulip @home. Clear, soda-ish, light-medium gold. Odd but inviting tarragon & spice over a generic citrus honey profile. Taste sweet lemon, very herbal, mellow dessert apple, Seven-up. Kinda a nice combo. Maple syrup isn't obvious, but I didn't care. Syrupy, malic acid, lingering lemonade tartness. Kinda enjoyed this.

Bottle from Appalachian. Stemless wine glass @home. Light, clear, golden, minimal sparkle. Vanilla, confectionery sugar & some phony artificial potpourri stuff in the nose. Wife was not a fan from the start. Sharp apricot, peach preserves, floral, some tannins from nowhere, aluminum can bitterness, lots of preservatives, not as sweet as I expected (but still very sweet). Very complex cider/honey or is this just a bag of melted down Skittles? Where is this vanilla shit coming from? Thin & sharp. Strong soda-like carbonation, syrupy. Drinking it fast can help. Maybe I can hide the rest of this stuff in a teriyaki marinade. Pass.

Can. Pours a clear hydrated pee with no head whatsoever but fizzy carbonation. Aroma has bitter earthy lemon rind and a bit of sweet honey underlying. Flavor has sweet honey with a bit strong earthy lemon rind growing through the finish.
