Bottle. Rose wine and honey aroma with a light hint of smoke. Pale purple. Sweet honey and rose wine flavor. More wine-like than mead but still very nice.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass - corked. [ As St. Ambrose Cherry Amore ].ABV: 12%. Clear medium red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey and cherry. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, cherry, honey, tart cherry note. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140415]
