Draft in peekskill- birds all. Dark pour, chocolate and malts. OK but could use more hops/pine etc.

Draught @ City Hops (11/6/18). Clear golden with small foamy off-white head, very faint dusty aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter malty taste with faint citrus flavor, thin smooth body, long finish. Nice.

16oz can pours a clear gold with some thin, white head. Nose is a little bit beery, opens up better, malt, straw, lemon. Flavor is better but quite simple, malt, grass, straw, hand soap, cracker, some lime seltzer. Finishes bitter, a little watery.

Can from the source. Pours clear dark orange with small off-white foamy head, sharp orange aroma with underlying alcohol, medium carbonation, sweetish orange peel taste, smooth body, long sweet orange peel finish. A bit too sweet, but not bad.

Can. Pours opaque dark brown with spongy tan head, mocha-berries aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter mocha taste with berries, thin a bit watery body, long mocha finish. It was a bit thin for the style.

Can. Pours hazy dark yellow with very small frothy off-white head, yeast aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel-molasses taste with a netallic tinge, thin body, medium finish. Not very good.

Draught @ the taproom. Hazy dark brown with small foamy beige head, faint roasted malt aroma, high carbonation, bitter roasted malt taste with a hint of citrus, thin body, long bitter roasted malt finish. Nice, more of a schwartzbier taste though.
