Brown orange juice like color with medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, passion fruits, oranges, apricots, citrus zest. Taste is juicy, fruity with tropical fruits, light zest. Unfortunately, hoppy bitterness isn't present. I know, I know, but you shpul have certain hoppy bitterness in NEIPA.

Sharing this can yesterday with my wife, at home after a busy day with the children. This sour is not so sour comparing with others of the same style. This one is a bit like an ipa, dry, not so sour, dry malt, mineral, aromatic and floral hop, good job, 15.12.23, at Epalinges.

Bottle @ Home, trade by Rotin & Acselja, huge thanks ! Pours black with a fading brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, tonka, light cinnmon, light bourbon. Flavor is light sweet, roast malt, caramel, tonka, light vanilla, light cinnamon, light alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet light spiced finish with a little alcohol. Smooth. 180426

Geprobeerd van tap tijdens een weekendje Phantasialand met LiekevdV, JoepvW, HilligvG en BartvG. Het is een helder amberkleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en biscuit. De smaak is zoet, toffee en biscuit achtig.
