Description

Nato nel 2010 come brewpub, ben presto diventato birrificio a tutti gli effetti.
Primo birrificio artigianale a Livorno, sito originariamente in via Nicolodi, da sempre rappresentiamo il territorio con alcune materie prime e i nomi dei nostri prodotti.
Dal 2020 abbiamo spostato e ampliato la produzione in via Cimarosa 37/39.
Produciamo molti stili diversi, dai più classici come Santa Giulia, la nostra English Brown Ale a quelli più innovativi, come Oimmena che è la nostra session ipa.
La costante è e deve essere la qualità.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale blonde, moderately hazy, with very fine white foam. Aroma is intensely citrus, grapefruit and lemony. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, still rather moderate overall. Final is average.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours very hazy, with different shades of pale gold, towards a juicy aspect. Foam is white, medium grained, limited. Aroma is citrus, mostly grapefruit, and hoppy. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with a dry final. Super fresh, very thirsty-quenching.

Hand pumped at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark reddish brown, with practically no foam. Aroma is malty/caramel and cherries. Body is average, with practically no carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is a little longer than usual, though delicate, maybe too much.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly pale gold, fairly transparent, with Aroma is grainy, bready. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately sweet. Final is average.

Canned, 330 ml at Oasi dell Birra, Rome. Almost clear golden with medium white head. Light hoppiness, bit grassy, citrus, nice bitterish finish. Light bodied. Easy drinkable.
