We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music.
Our beers are always a collaborative effort and we brew at breweries in all corners of the world. This approach means we get to stay curious, grounded and tuned in. Much like that good house guest.

Sample at the Pints For Pelotonia charity tasting on 07/21/12: Pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, malt and hops. Light to medium body with flavors of hops, tropical fruits and grainy malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at Kurt’s 49th birthday party. The beer is a clear amber-gold color with a medium thick and fluffy white head that dissipates slowly. Patchy lacing on the glass. The aroma is fruity with some yeast and hops in the background. Medium body with a tropical fruit character and notes of yeast and piney hops as well as malt. The finish is fruity with a short lightly hopped aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle at Bishops Arms, Vasagatan, July 2012. Clear golden with a huge white head. Aroma of hops, pine, citrus and malt. About the same in the taste. I was disturbed by something in the aftertaste. Still a descent beer, however, not the best one from Omnipollo.
